If paying by cash, it must be sent by "Registered Post", Personal Cheques, Bank Drafts, Postal Orders, Money Orders, Western Union etc are all acceptable means of payment. Euro payments should be made payable to Converse Ireland Ltd., Sterling Pound payments should be made payable to Converse UK Ltd.

All postal payments should be posted to Converse Ireland Ltd., Pownall Hall, Ferndale Road, Rathmichael, Dublin 18, Ireland. Personal Cheques will be cleared through the banking system before any goods are shipped.

Returns Information

Returns policy
Should you wish to exchange your purchase, the shoes must be returned unworn and in the original box. We suggest returning them by registered post as we cannot be responsible for them, once in the postal system.
